As the LetsGoDigital resource writes, cooperates with Concept Creator, Apple demands to stop disclosing its trade secrets and disseminating information about new products. An example is the AirPods Max headphones, realistic renderings of which the designer published several months before the official announcement.
The statement refers to “stolen information”although the renderings were created based on numerous leaks. The company also demands that it stop its “harmful activities,” since the publication of such materials “deprives Apple of the opportunity to surprise customers with announcements of new products.”
“If this request is not met, Apple is prepared to take any legal action necessary to protect its interests,” the company’s lawyers said.
In turn, Jermaine Smith does not see his guilt and is unpleasantly surprised by the current circumstances.
“I am unpleasantly surprised by the letter from Apple becauseI don’t consider myself a disseminator of information at all. I just want to create 3D concepts and get better at it. Now I have to think about how to deal with this in the future."
