Apple has registered with the USPTO a new all-in-one iMac with an unusual design.
What is known
Schematic images were shared by PatentlyApple. Judging by the pictures and description, the device has a curved body with a display, keyboard and touchpad. The last elements can be detached.

The description says that the computer is made of solid glass. It can be transparent, as well as with an opaque (matte) or translucent coating.

The entire structure stands on a special stand, which contains the “brains” and several ports. Through them you can connect an additional screen or, for example, a MacBook.
When to expect
When and whether such an iMac will come out on the market is unknown.
