iOS 11 is the latest update to iOS, the mainwhose task is to improve the productivity of the iPad. iOS 11 will combine the lock screen and the notification center, finally present a new control point and add major or minor changes to the design of standard applications. IOS 11 will also have comprehensive design changes. In iOS 7, the main thing was minimalism and the small size of everything, and in iOS 11 everything will be big and bold. This design has reduced the compactness of information, and most of all it is striking in the App Store.

For the iPhone, iOS 11 has improved many of the features introduced in iOS 10. Here are the main ones:

  • The lock screen and the notification center are combined, so now you can view notifications without removing the lock from the device.
  • The control center again consists of one screen. Now you can open advanced settings using 3D Touch.
  • Apple has redesigned the Messages app to make it easier to use. Now from the application you can pay for other users.
  • Potential final solution to synchronization problems: Messages, Siri and photos will now be synchronized with all your devices via iCloud.
  • Siri now has a more believable voice, it supports translation, and also contains a small design update. Siri can also list and search for apps by QR code.
  • The App Store received a completely new design and looked like Apple Music. Separate tabs are added for viewing games applications and updates.
  • The Do Not Disturb While Driving feature automatically disables all notifications while driving.
  • Now, when you take a screenshot, a small preview will appear in the lower left corner of the screen. Click on it and the editor will immediately open.
  • The Files app will replace iCloud Drive.

The iPad has finally paid attention to productivity.

  • There is a new dock, like on a Mac, which allows you to add more than six icons, and also shows recent applications.
  • Now the application can be opened by pulling it from the dock.
  • A new switch between applications has appeared, which integrates with the dock, control center and applications.
  • You can finally drag and drop files, links, text and images between two applications.
  • Using the Apple Pencil, you can now draw anywhere in Notes and Mail.
  • Touch the lock screen with a pencil and the device will immediately open the last note you used.

Here's what's new in the third beta for developers, which corresponds to the second public version.
