Apple has once again received a complaint through the court. This time the initiator of the lawsuit was a German developer

It is worth noting that the Corona Control Gameblocked not only in the App Store, but also in the Google application store. In this regard, the developer filed a lawsuit against both companies with the European Commission. According to Muller, Apple and Google are “holding back innovation.”

As the plaintiff noted, the blocked Corona gameControl Game was based on encouraging compliance with government coronavirus regulations. Interestingly, the developer later gave the game a different name – Viral Days, and just last month it was approved by Apple and Google.
