In the US, a court upheld a class action lawsuit filed by Apple users against the company over its problematic butterfly keyboard.
Because of this keyboard, Apple has already received three lawsuitsonly in the USA. The company previously acknowledged the problem and extended the warranty on this keyboard, but this did not save the situation. Under this lawsuit, Apple will reimburse affected users from $50 to $395, depending on the problems that laptop owners have encountered.
The total amount of damages will be $50 million,the money will be received by those users who at least twice had to change the butterfly keyboard due to a breakdown, but it again did not last long. At the same time, 30% of $50 million will go to pay lawyers and court costs.
It is noted that the current class action lawsuit is one of many that can still be filed.
