Apple Watch Series 7 with flat edges and increased dimensions showed on new renders

It is expected that in September, along with the iPhone 13 line of smartphones, Apple will also introduce the Watch Series 7 smart watch.

In anticipation of the official presentation, the PhoneArena resource showed conceptual 3D renderings of the Apple Watch Series 7, based on preliminary information and educated guesses.

What to expect?

Looks like we're in for a major redesign. While other manufacturers are trying to add roundness and smooth out corners, Apple is going against the grain and releasing gadgets with flat ends. In 2018, the iPad Pro launched with a flat frame that paired well with the larger screen and thinner bezels. This year's iPhone 12 and Mac Pro continued that trend. To make the new Apple Watch look like other Apple gadgets, the watch, judging by the images, will also have flat edges.

In addition, the Apple Watch Series 7 may come in new sizes - 41 mm and 45 mm instead of the current 40 and 44 mm. This seems to confirm the rumor of a larger screen.

The watch is also credited with a larger battery(hopefully), improved wireless connectivity and UWB (Ultra Wideband) technology. In any case, we will find out the details soon, but for now you can look at the colorful renders of the Apple Watch Series 7.
