What is known
The Horevica Telegram channel published the first video and photo with cars in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They were transferred to Ukraine by the United States. Deliveries of 37 vehicles were announced in December 2022.

Cougar is an American vehicle for transportationinfantry with protection from mines and ambushes. It was developed in the Republic of South Africa. The car comes in two versions: 4x4 and 6x6. It seats up to 6 people and can accelerate to 105 km/h.
