What is known

"Vilha" is a Ukrainian missile system,which uses adjustable ammunition caliber 300 mm. Work on it began in 2016. The tactical missile system was created on the basis of the Soviet Smerch multiple launch rocket system.

"Vilha" was put into service in 2018.In the war against the Russian army, a tactical missile system has been used since the first days of the invasion, but we saw the missile system in operation only once, in July.

"Vilha" has twelve guides and candestroy enemy targets at a distance of up to 110 km. The length of one 300 mm caliber rocket is 7.6 m, and the weight is 860 kg, including a 250 kg warhead. A full salvo is completed in 48 seconds.
