He also noted that about 70 hacker groups are represented in Telegram. These teams take one side or the other, but communicate anonymously, with no real-life intersections.

The expert stressed that since February 24, the number of cyber incidents related to politics has increased. At the same time, hackers seek not to earn, but to harm.
