Chief expert of Kaspersky Lab Sergey Golovanov told how many hackers there are in Russia
According to the expert, in general, hackers,those who support our country are fewer than those who support Ukraine. Golovanov sees the reason in a multiple fewer information security specialists who speak Russian than English speakers.
He also noted that about 70 hacker groups are represented in Telegram. These teams take one side or the other, but communicate anonymously, with no real-life intersections.
The expert stressed that since February 24, the number of cyber incidents related to politics has increased. At the same time, hackers seek not to earn, but to harm.
“If you look at the table kept inopen sources, you will see that those who are for Russia are in the minority. There are far fewer Russian-speaking information security specialists in the world than English-speaking ones. This is a fact,” Sergey Golovanov stressed.
