In addition to the above features, the commanddevelopers also want to integrate ARK: Survival Ascended technology into the game, which is a kind of “intermediary” between Unreal Engine 5 and the game. This will allow them to create other features in the game that they would like to see there.

Another reason hinted at in the report isis that ARK 2 is very different from Evolved both in tone and mechanics. It features Souls-like combat, only primitive weapons and purely third-person, which is a significant departure from the first game, which had a first-person perspective and modern firearms.
