The Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated the 152-mm DANA self-propelled gun-howitzer in action.

Wheeled self-propelled guns

made in the 70s of the last century in the former Czechoslovakia. The howitzer is mounted on a Tatra 813 chassis. Aiming is carried out using an electro-hydraulic system or a manual mechanism.

A feature of a car gun with automaticcharging is that the machine can work at any angle of elevation of the barrel. The maximum firing range is 20 km, and the effective range is 18.7 km.

DANA fires with mounted supports located on the right, left and rear. The engine compartment is located at the rear of the chassis. The cabin is located in front, and the fighting compartment is in the middle.
