Associated Press: Iran hands over 'hundreds' of drones to Russia despite US threats

According to Western intelligence, Iran has transferred “hundreds” of its unmanned aerial vehicles to Russia.

The Associated Press writes about this.Tehran handed over its UAVs despite threats from the US and partners. The exact number and model of the drone are not mentioned, but they say that we are talking about the Shahed 129 UAV.

The drone was created on the basis of a capturedAmerican drone MQ-1 Predator. The Shahed 129 can carry precision-guided missiles and is capable of staying in the air for up to 24 hours. The maximum flight range of the UAV reaches 1,700 km. By the way, the MQ-1 Predator was used for airstrikes during the civil war in Syria.
