Asus has released an Android Pie Update for Zenfone Max Pro M1 and Zenfone Max M2

Asus, as promised, announced a stable version of the Android 9 Pie firmware for Zenfone Max Pro M1 and Zenfone Max M2 smartphones.

What is known

The firmware came out with the build number v16.2017.1903.050 and weighs 392 MB for those who participated in the beta test and about 1.5 GB for everyone else.

In the update, the developers changed the interface andadded many new features, including AI-based Adaptive Battery and Adaptive Brightness to optimize battery power and screen brightness. The new software is still installed the current security patch.

When to expect

Updates have already begun to receive smartphones in India. A little later it will be available in other countries. According to the company, next week the Android 9 Pie firmware will also be released for the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2.
