ASUS Zephyrus S17: 17-inch, 165Hz gaming laptop with 11th Gen Intel chips, GeForce RTX 3080 graphics and a pop-up keyboard

ASUS hosted an event today to showcase several gaming laptops. The first hero

was the new ASUS Zephyrus S17.

What is known

The novelty received a 17-inch display, whichcan have QHD resolution and 165 Hz refresh rate or 4K panel at 120 Hz. Both versions support the DCI-P3 color range and Dolby Vision. Of the features of this model, it is worth highlighting the keyboard that rises by 5 degrees. It hides wide ventilation holes that increase air flow by 25%.

In the top configuration, ASUS Zephyrus S17 willcome with an Intel Core i9-11900H chip. It has eight cores, 16 threads and a maximum clock speed of 4.9 GHz. The chip is paired with DDR4-3200 MHz RAM up to 48 GB. The graphics card in the new product is responsible for the GeForce RTX 3080 video card. The laptop is also equipped with six speakers with Smart Amps and Dolby Atmos technology, as well as a 90 Wh battery. It supports fast charging (50% in 30 minutes). The ports in the laptop include USB-C with DisplayPort, HDMI, USB-A, headphone jack, LAN RJ-45, and a memory card slot.
