Authorities suggested using only Russian software for 5G networks

The paragraph on the introduction of import substitution in this area states that the use of foreign infrastructure

creates risks of losing control over networks during conflict situations.

The paper also suggests introducing benefits fordomestic manufacturers and revise import duties on similar equipment. At the same time, the publication notes that now such Russian equipment simply does not exist.

The Ministry of Defense, the Federal Security Service and the Federal Security Service agree with the concept of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media.
