AV-Test researchers tested dozens of antiviruses and Windows Defender showed excellent

The research company spent two months,continuously evaluating the effectiveness of 34 different antivirus programs on different viruses to see what has passed and what hasn’t. And, to everyone's surprise, Windows Defender came out on top with paid F-Secure, Kaspersky, and Norton.
He also scored an almost perfect rating.Windows Client Business users, having lost half the score in the usability category. This is definitely a big win for Microsoft. Vice President Brad Anderson says half a billion PCs worldwide have already connected Defender. Perhaps this is due to frequent pop-ups of updates, but, given the test results, a fairly reliable solution.
