The developers are still planning to release Baldur's Gate 3 in 2023, and next month they should tell us
What else is known
Information about this appeared on a new developer blog on the Baldur's Gate 3 page on Steam, where they also promise that we will see new features “before the end of the year” thanks to patch 9.
“The good news is that weon track for release in 2023 – and we'll have more on that in December, – says the blog, – Acts 2 and 3 are being actively tested to make sure they're up to par, and you'll soon discover that there's a lot more in the works (or already completed) than what you encountered during your Early Access playthrough.
The team also revealed that it“still pays close attention to all your feedback, bug reports, comments, fan art and jokes” and says that the game's early access may have lasted longer than planned, but it was all necessary to “tell a great story, incorporate feedback and be a worthy continuation of the series”
