Supervisory Board of Meta*, whichowns the social networks Facebook* and Instagram*, recommended that the company change the community's standards for nudity and sexual activity to meet "clear criteria consistent with international human rights standards."

The Supervisory Board considered two casesremoval by an automated content moderation system and company employees of posts containing images of breasts with closed nipples. While in these specific cases, Meta* acknowledged the error and restored the publications, the Supervisory Board's decision notes that they reveal a more significant problem.
