Patch 1.3.0 will add a Cataclysm to the game. The developers have not yet explained what the players will do, but judging by the description, the freelancers will face the battle with the environment and time itself. BioWare will also add the “Inversions” system, which imposes positive or negative effects on the player while participating in the Cataclysm.

“Some Inversions will interfere with you, and some will help. Ultimately, they must fundamentally change the experience in the Cataclysm and stimulate a change in the style of the game, ”the patchnote said.

The developers also added three new classes.weapons: Pulse Accelerators, Volt Casters and Blade Slingers. Melee weapons can now be equipped in the equipment slot, and two melee weapons are available for each javelin. BioWare also increased the chance to drop legendary and masterpiece weapons.

There are also new social functions. Players can now chat with Guild members using the Anthem App, which is already available on Google Play.

The update is already available on public servers. To install the patch, the owners of the PlayStation 4 will need from 12 to 13 GB of disk space (depending on the region), on the Xbox One the “update” will take 12.15 GB, and PC gamers need to prepare 15.76 GB of free space.
