Blizzard is asking players how much they are willing to pay for a Heartstone subscription

This week, Blizzard sent out a survey to Hearthstone players asking, among other things, if they were ready

Pay monthly to access various trading cards.

Among the options were:

  • Monthly Subscription (All Standard Class 1 Cards): One monthly price of $10 for access to all Standard Class 1 Cards of your choice;
  • Monthly subscription (all standard maps): one monthly price of $20 for access to all standard maps, including the current expansion;
  • Monthly subscription (all standard maps): one monthly price of $10 for access to all standard maps except the current expansion;
  • Monthly Subscription (Top 3 Class Deck): One monthly price of $10 for access to the current top performing deck for 3 classes of your choice.

The survey indicates that all cards from the set will not be reworkable, meaning you won't be able to disperse them to dust.

The survey also contains a bunch of other interestingoptions. Discussed are the console and Steam Deck versions of the game, as well as the standalone Battlegrounds app, tournament mode, in-game live events, and all sorts of cosmetics. But there are more surprising things as well, such as fully realized 3D gameplay (which seems unlikely given the brutal perception of Arthas' 3D portrait), a player-to-player card market, and even bi-weekly balance patches.
