Blizzard will release a remaster Overwatch with a massive rebalance of heroes

World of Warcraft Classic returned to gamers the classic look of the legendary MMO with old mechanics, balance and more.

At the same time, Overwatch, another popular Blizzard game, is only moving forward and will soon receive a new big update.

What is known

The developers nicknamed patch 1.41 "remaster", promising a difficult update that will affect the balance of heroes. The developers note that the update has already rushed to the Overwatch test PC servers, but not all changes can get to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The rebalance will affect 13 heroes. So, the reload time of the D.Va Matrix Defense will be increased to 16%, and the Orisa Defense Barrier will now recover 10 seconds, instead of 9. Kinetic novice Capture Sigma can no longer block the Bash and Chain Hook, and the Gravity Well now only keeps opponents in the air 0.9 seconds. Blizzard also cut the restoration of the Experimental Barrier.

For a complete list of changes, see the Blizzard forum.

Developers will also deal with technicalproblems. For example, they fixed a bug when displaying destruction on the Winston Defensive Dome. The problem with the player’s profile was also resolved, because of which the hero’s victory percentage was not displayed in seasonal competitions in arcade mode.
