Brazil bans Apple from selling iPhone without charger

The Brazilian Ministry of Justice has banned Apple from selling smartphones without a charger in the box and

fined the company.

Apple must pay a $2.38 million fine.The ministry ordered the company to stop selling iPhone 12 and newer smartphones, as well as suspend sales of all models that come without a charger. The absence of an adapter is regarded as a deliberate discriminatory practice against consumers.
