The authors of 9to5google observed this issue in a Galaxy Z Fold 3 paired with Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy Buds 2.
Affected users say that the removalapps and reinstalling it seems to help. Samsung support says this is the correct course of action. You can also grant permissions to nearby devices (Nearby Devices).
