Celero 5G+ announced: 120Hz, Snapdragon, NFC, Qi and 128GB for $150

The American operator Boost Mobile introduced a new smartphone under its own brand Celero, called

Celero 5G+.Like the previous Celero model, it attracts attention with an extremely low price for its technical characteristics. They include 7″ screen with Full HD+ resolution and a frequency of 120 Hz, Qualcomm Snadragon 695 chipset, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, 5000 mAh battery with 15-W charging, wireless charging coil, fingerprint scanner at the end, triple camera (50 MP + 5 MP wide + 2 MP plug) and NFC module. For this entire bundle, Boost Mobile is asking just $149.99.

But, as you understand, not everything is so simple.Firstly, the smartphone is sold locked and can only work on Boost Mobile networks, but this is not so bad - the first Celero could be unlocked without any problems. Secondly, it has a very specific set of supported LTE bands: 2, 4, 5, 12, 14, 25, 26, 29, 30, 41, 48, 66. Of this entire range, only experimental LTE Band 41 networks are available in Russia in several regions from MTS and MegaFon. Therefore, even “untied” Celero 5G+ upon arrival in Russia will turn into “Celero 3G+”.
