Chatbot Payments: Viber launches payment for goods and services directly in the messenger

Rakuten Viber is launching a chatbot called Chatbot Payments in its popular messenger application.

What for?

This is a chatbot for

so that users can pay for goods and services directly in the application. All you need is Google Pay or any other mobile wallet.

At the same time, Ukraine will become the first country where Viber will launch this service and the Chatbot Payments chatbot.

The company promises to launch the feature in November.but exactly when is not yet known. All details will be revealed on November 19 at an online event on the occasion of the presentation of Chatbot Payments. The speakers will be representatives of Rakuten Viber and Google Pay.
