According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Mikhail Fedorov,The ministry has been working on this for a long time. And as a result, letters, calls and meetings with management worked: Ukraine is no longer on the list of countries in which ChatGPT is blocked.
“The program will not work only temporarilyterritories occupied by Russia. So that enemies do not use it for anti-Ukrainian propaganda. After all, ChatGPT speaks Ukrainian well, unlike Russians,” Fedorov emphasized.
