13, secretly simplified the design of the panels.Cupertino residents did not appreciate the deception and began to sharply reduce BOE's share in the supply chain. Now, according to the South Korean publication The Elec, BOE is trying to get Apple's approval by offering it new samples of OLED panels for the upcoming iPhone 14 for evaluation. And while Apple is preparing a verdict throughout the month, LG Display and Samsung Display will begin production of the necessary OLED displays already in July. By the way, the latter will receive an order of 80 million panels for all four models: iPhone 14, 14 Max, 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. At the same time, the share of large ones is 6.7″ there are slightly more models: 41.83 million versus 38.17 million in the case of 6.1″.
