The Chinese company Tencent has patented the design of a pocket game console with the Windows operating system and
Externally, the Tencent console resembles the Nintendo Switch.However, the first one has a button with the Windows logo, which, of course, indicates the Microsoft operating system installed on the console. This button will probably open the Start menu.
Most likely, the console will have laptop processors installed: either Tiger Lake, or Ryzen 4000 or Ryzen 5000.
The characteristics of the device are, unfortunately, unknown. It is not even clear yet whether the console will enter the market or remain just a patent.
But soon the release of the Nintendo Switch Pro is expected. The new console will have improved hardware and a 7-inch screen. It will cost 15-20% more than the usual model.
