China presented its model of a helicopter for exploring Mars, which is similar to the American drone Ingenuity:
The developers call their product a rotorcraft—this is one of three promising projects being promoted as part of the NSSC Martian technology development program.
It is equipped with several instruments at once: a microspectrometer, a cruise spectrometer, optical instruments, laser sensing facilities, an ultraviolet sensor operating at a wavelength of 13.1 nm, and a high-precision air velocity analyzer.
The cruise spectrometer is expected to scan features of the Martian landscape, but the statement has so far provided few details. It is not yet known in which mission the drone will be launched.
