On Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G and Realme 9 Prothe same processor is installed. But which of the smartphones performs better? Despite the fact that Poco turns out to be the leader in terms of characteristics, in reality it is sometimes buggy: it can freeze when taking pictures, it may lose sound. In 15 minutes, Xiaomi charges 37 percent, but Realme 9 Pro – only 28 percent, in half an hour the charge will be 71 percent and 50 percent, respectively. In this regard, smartphones differ only in the version of the operating system (on Poco – Android 11, on Realme – Android 12), shell and amount of RAM (there are versions of Poco with 6 and 8 GB, and Realme – only with 8 GB).
In tests, Realme performs slightly better than Xiaomi. But this difference is not significant. You can see the measurements below.

Also noticeably faster startup and download speedsApplications are still with Realme. In games, smartphones behave in much the same way. In Genshin Impact at low settings, the frame rate will average 30 fps with drawdowns. But in general, Realme 9 Pro is more suitable for gaming.
At the same time, the battery life of the 9 Pro is worse than that ofPoco. At maximum brightness with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, per hour of playing Genshin Impact the battery is discharged by 21 percent (for Xiaomi – by 18 percent), per hour of watching YouTube – by 12 percent (for Xiaomi – by 6 percent), for 60 minutes of using the navigator – by 10 percent (for Xiaomi – by 8 percent).
In daylight, pictures come out in bothcases are approximately identical. At night, both smartphones produce bad photos. However, Realme can enable night mode when shooting with a wide-angle module, but Poco does not have such a function. The latter also makes the colors in the photo more natural.
The video comes out on both Xiaomi and Realme with similar quality. At night, Poco has better stabilization and picture clarity, while Realme – brighter picture.
