Today it became known that Microsoft won a lawsuit against the US Federal Trade Commission and

received permission to acquire Activision Blizzard.

The only opponents of the deal are the UK regulators, but they also seem ready to reconsider their decision.

On July 28, the court hearings of Microsoft against CMA were supposed to begin, but most likely they will not be required.

The parties came to an agreement to suspend legal proceedings and continue negotiations in order to resolve existing claims.
