Norway is allocating $30,000,000 for the purchase of weapons for Ukrainian defenders.

Norway has announced that it has allocated USD 30million in its budget to buy M72 and M141 shoulder-fired, single-use weapon designed specifically for use against armored vehicles and defense structures.
They will all be donated to Ukraine.

For those who are not in the know
M72 LAW is an American jetan anti-tank grenade that has been in service with the US Army and other countries since 1963. The anti-tank grenade was developed to replace the US Army's obsolete anti-tank weapons, the Great M31 anti-tank rifle and the M20A1 Super Bazoka hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher in the early 1950s. The M72 LAW is capable of hitting targets at a range of 200 to 1,000 meters.
M141 Bunker Defeat Munition (BDM) is a lightweighta disposable grenade launcher designed to damage enemy fortified structures. It has been in service with many armies around the world since 1999. It was used in Afghanistan and Iraq.
