Over the past couple of weeks, several exploits have been released for iOS 12. There is no full jailbreak for iOS 12 yet.
Developer Sam Bingner, who participated indeveloping the unc0ver tool, shared the teaser of a functioning Cydia application for iOS 12. However, he will have to do a little more work before releasing it.
Well minimal stuff works – still need to do a lot but I have a shell, Cydia works and substrate mostly works. Don’t hold your breath but it’s progressing. pic.twitter.com/bBbZO2Seoy

Although the basic functions and work, I still have a lot of work. However, Cydia and Substrate work. No need to rejoice too early, but there is progress.
unc0ver's main creator Pwn20wnd spoke on this matter.
We need to deal with the CoreTrust bypass and fix the sandbox patches. So far, we will not release the application. However, as soon as the public beta version is ready, we will certainly release it.
Beta unc0ver v3.0.0 contains partial support for iOS 12 for some devices thanks to the voucher_swap exploit. Recently, the root filesystem was mounted, i.e. to create a full jailbreak it remains to create a CoreTrust bypass.
We can't tell when the iOS jailbreak will be released.12, but it sure will happen soon. If you do not have time to roll back to iOS 12.1.1 or 12.1.2, you can still roll back to iOS 12.1.1 beta 3. We recommend doing this as soon as possible.
