Former Arrayit President Mark Schena was convicted of fraudulent blood and blood tests.
The Ministry of Justice claims that Shena, as presidenthis pharmaceutical company, misled investors with false claims of a "revolutionary" new technology that can test for almost any disease with just a couple of drops of blood.
Shena allegedly misled investors and saidthem that his company is valued at approximately $4.5 billion. In fact, according to the Justice Department, the president hid documents that showed that Arrayit was on the verge of bankruptcy. Arrayit allegedly issued fabricated press releases and tweets falsely claiming that major institutions had entered into partnerships with the company. Shena even boldly stated that he is on the "short list" candidates for the Nobel Prize, which also turned out to be a lie.
Prosecutors took out Shen in 2020 when he tried to pass off his allergy testing methods as a covid test during the height of the pandemic.
