Dell XPS 13: almost frameless notebook with 10th generation Intel Core processors and Project Athena certification

new products, including the updated XPS 13 laptop.

What's interestnig

The world's first laptop was received practicallyframeless (according to the manufacturer) InfinityEdge display. There are actually frames, but they are very thin. Screen diagonal is 13.4 inches. In addition, the display is brighter and complies with the 16:10 aspect ratio.

Dell XPS 13 is equipped with 10th generation Intel Core processors. There are two versions to choose from: with Windows 10 and a developer version with Ubuntu 18.04LTS. Battery life is up to 19 hours.

The Dell XPS 13 was also the first laptopcertified to the Project Athena standard. This is a special Intel label, which means that the laptop has performed well in six criteria: startup speed, performance and responsiveness, intelligence, battery life, connectivity and form factor.

When and how much

The regular version costs from $1000, the version fordevelopers - from $1200. The first will go on sale on January 7 in the USA, Canada, Sweden, UK, Germany and France and in February in other countries. Sales of the second will start in February in the USA, Canada and certain European countries. Availability dates in Ukraine will be announced later.
