To do this, the employees of the departing companies,those responsible for hiring will have to fill in the data about employees on a special page in the service. All companies that need new employees will be able to view profiles of potential colleagues in the Candidate Exchange section.

Also, VK Rabota will provide all socially significant organizations - schools, hospitals or other budgetary institutions - with the opportunity to post their vacancies on the service for free until the end of 2022.
