Researchers polled 5100 usersRussian segment of the Internet over 16 years old, using the services of banks. It turned out that every second respondent is served in one bank, one third in two banks, and 15% in three to five banks.
According to the companies' press release, the most popular banking product is, of course, the card. The most common among them are salary cards.
The researchers also found that contactlessPayments are most often used by people under 25 years of age. About 14% of survey participants have a virtual card. Young people also prefer calls and online communication with the bank to visiting branches. This method is chosen by 73% of survey participants.
91% of Russians use online banking services: 81% of them choose a mobile application, and 54% use a web version. In general, 74% of Russians who use the Internet have bank applications.
In mobile services, users most often transfer money (76%), pay for services (65%) and control their expenses (48%).
