Ryzen Threadripper 3990X is designed to work inpaired with boards based on the AMD TRX40 chipset. It has 64 cores and 128 threads. Its base frequency is 2.9 GHz, maximum - 4.3 GHz. The volume of cache memory of the first level is 4 MB, the second - 32 MB, the third - 256 MB. The processor also supports 88 PCIe lanes and a four-channel DDR4-3200 MHz RAM kit.
