Do wireless headphones increase your risk of cancer?

Some people think that wireless headphones and smartphones increase the risk of developing

diseases, including brain tumors. The experts explained if this is the case.

Their opinion is quoted by RIA Novosti. The authors cite studies that have confirmed that Bluetooth devices emit less radiation than cell phones or X-ray equipment. In addition, this radiation is classified as non-ionizing. It does not affect health. It is also noted that the radiation from wireless headphones is 10-400 times lower than the permissible norm.

Electromagnetic radiation from Bluetooth devices can harm a person only when he is in direct contact with the "emitter" for a long time.

Experts said wireless earbuds are more likely to develop hearing impairments and frequent headaches.
