It is known that the bill will affect smartphones onAndroid, tablets, computers and smart TVs. In addition, RuStore should thus replace the Applist, which was released by the Ministry of Digital Development in April last year.
The publication recalled that Applist is a directory withthe names of Russian programs divided into several categories. When clicking on any application from this directory, the user was redirected to the corresponding application in the Play Market.
The decision to replace Applist with RuStore is explained by the fact that “the functionality of a single app store duplicates and expands the capabilities of the Applist application.”
