Drones start detecting traffic violations in 17 regions of Russia

Drones monitor accident-prone sections of roads where there are no automatic complexes

In the place where the drone is located, there is a traffic police squad to which data on offenses is transmitted. 

Then the traffic police squad takes measures to bring the violator to justice, based on the nature of the offense.

  • Omsk region,
  • Rostov region,
  • Sverdlovsk region,
  • Tyumen region.

The use of drones is most expedientto identify administrative offenses related to entering the oncoming lane and crossing road markings, as well as to inform the traffic police about the traffic situation and preventive measures to influence road users in order to psychologically induce compliance with traffic rules.
