Drones will bring American military ammunition to the battlefield

The US Army intends to create drones that can deliver ammunition and provisions to the military in the field

and at remote bases.

According to N 1, the U.S. Army has published a request for information about such drones.The US military intends to put them into service by 2026.

Such a drone should have a mass of less than 590 kilograms and a payload of up to 363 kilograms.The range of the device should be at least 177 kilometers.Another requirement for the drone is that it can be prepared for operation in no more than 15 minutes.

Also, the drone should be able to automatically take off, land and fly along a given route in conditions of suppression of GPS signals. The design of the apparatus must be modular.
