In Dying Light 1, players could find firearms throughout the city: pistols and rifles. There won't be much of it in the second part:

But despite this, gamers will have the opportunitycreate your own gun from scrap materials collected earlier. Since these are handmade weapons, they are not very durable and will break quickly. But at the same time, the player will be able to carry a melee weapon in the other hand. Ranged weapons will still be bows.
Smektala also spoke about the levels of choice in the game.The first is the main plot decisions that will affect the ending and how the main character gets to it. The second level is a mixture of main and side quests, they do not affect what will happen at the end of the game, but they change the world around us. Third-level decisions will determine which faction will take over which area of the city. Some of the decisions players will make will add new types of zombies.

As the developers promised earlier, the size of the worldDying Light 2 will have twice as many cards as all the cards in the first game. There will be 2 regions, each of which is divided into 7 districts. You can only move around them on foot, since steerable vehicles were not added this time. The grappling hook will help speed up your movement a little; it was made more realistic than in the original game, so you won’t be able to fly like Spider-Man.
Dying Light 2 is scheduled to release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series and Xbox One in 2021.
