Tesla CEO Elon Musk has subpoenaed his friend and ex, according to court documents.

Litigation between Twitter and Muskare going to be held on October 17 in Delaware, USA. As a result, representatives of the social network can force the billionaire to fulfill the promise to acquire the company.

In turn, Musk said that representativessocial networks have not provided adequate information about the number of fake Twitter accounts or "spam bots". The businessman also assures that the leaders of the social network violated their obligations under the deal by firing top managers and a significant number of employees. Elon Musk's lawyers hope that Twitter will disclose data about bots in court.

At the same time, Twitter representatives claim thatMusk refuses to buy the social network for completely different reasons. Shortly after he agreed to pay 38% more than the market price for Twitter shares, the stock market stumbled. As a result, Tesla shares, which holds most of Musk's personal fortune, lost more than $100 billion in value.

Jack Dorsey was served the summons last week.According to the document, the founder of Twitter must provide information about the impact of fake and spam accounts on the social network and user activity statistics.
