Epic Games is again asking the court to return Fortnite to the App Store, and here's why

Apple to return the Fortnite game to the App Store, Epic Games again turned to the servants of Themis with a 182-page complaint, on which they described why the court should support them.

And why?

A new report says that the number of playerson iOS decreased by 60%. At the same time, there are 116 million people playing Fortnite on iOS, 63% of them play only on this platform. “Epics” worry that they will “never see these users again,” and also that the community is divided.

The company also states that they sufferedits clients are not affiliated with Fortnite in any way. Let us remind you that Apple recently blocked the developer’s account in the App Store, as a result of which other Epic Games games were also removed from the store. The studio also claims that it will not be able to register a new account in the coming year.

Apple has not yet commented on this information. The next court hearing will be held on September 28, but it will consider the return of Fortnite to the App Store only for the duration of the trial.
