While the whole world is waiting for Diablo 4, the Epic Games Store has started giving away one of the best “Diablo clones”, Torchlight 2.
What is Torchlight 2?
According to the plot, players will go on a journeyby capturing the Alchemist, a hero who turned into a villain due to his own fears. Along the way, adventurers will find dungeons, many monsters, and legendary loot.
In Torchlight 2, players have four character classes, an open world, a pet that can run into town and sell things, and online play. Random generation of dungeons is also in place.
The game was well received by both critics and gamers.On Metacritic, Torchlight 2 had a journalist rating of 88 points, and players gave the project 8.5 points. In turn, Steam users leave very positive reviews about the game, and even after eight years the game attracts more than a thousand players daily.
