Experts from the YouTube channel TechReason checked how quickly various Samsung applications launch and open
Authors of the TechReason channel in the episode on YouTubeWe tested the Samsung Galaxy A23 and Infinix Zero 5G smartphones for startup and operation speed. Moreover, the first one has a Snapdragon 680 processor (6 GB RAM, Android 12), and the second one has – Dimensity 900 (8 GB RAM, Android 11). Does more RAM always mean a faster phone?
First of all, the experts checked who starts up faster. Oddly enough, the Infinix Zero 5G turned on much faster (by 4-5 seconds), although the logo appeared first on the Galaxy A23.
Basic apps like Phone, Calculator, Camera, etc. and Settings open faster on Infinix.
Somewhat faster also on Infinix runAmazon (scrolling is a little smoother on this smartphone too), Candy Crush Saga, Pinout, Subway Surfers, Temple Run, Battlegrounds Mobile India, browser, etc. But this difference is only 1-5 seconds. Other apps like Spotify, Instagram* load at about the same speed.
Conclusion
Overall faster opening speedapplications turned out to be the Infinix Zero 5G, which is powered by a Dimensity 900 processor with 8 GB of RAM. And sometimes the difference could reach up to 5 seconds.
