More and more evidence is appearing on the Internet that the development of the Google Pixel 8 line is approaching
final stages.A month earlier, we were able to look at high-quality renders of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, and now specifics regarding the screen diagonals of the new Google phones have become available. Its source was Ross Young, a well-known expert in the display industry. He said that Google decided to make the base Pixel 8 even more compact: if the Pixel 6 offered 6.4″ panel, and the Pixel 7 is 6.32″, then the Pixel 8 will supposedly get 6.16″ display. They decided not to change the older Pixel 8 Pro again: 6.7″, like the two generations before. Mass production of these panels will begin in May, which means Google may well briefly demonstrate the devices at the I/O 2023 conference, which will take place on May 10.
