Well-known informant Ice universe, referring to the received documentation, writes that the company is preparing a sensor with a resolution of 144 MP!

It will be manufactured using a 14-nanometer process technology. Unfortunately, there is no more information about the new sensor.

Most likely, Samsung's new 144-megapixel sensor will be released in the second half of 2020. And the first smartphones with it should not be expected before the end of 2020 or the beginning of 2021.
