And, you know, this is exactly the phone worth talking about. It is just perfect in everything and I have nothing to cling to: the camera is a bomb, the battery is just fire, the processor is a real jet plane, the color of the hull is drawn from the picture. Well, the perfect phone, really.
Design
They say that there is no love at first sight, but this rule breaks down when you look at the iPhone 11 Pro or, in fact, all Apple products.
Let's start with the body.The already familiar steel frame and glass, only this year it became matte and very, very durable. No, this is not a marketing story from a presentation: the smartphone is really scratch-resistant, at least its back panel, and a fall does not guarantee that you will have to go to a service center and have the device repaired for a lot of money. You shouldn’t think that a smartphone cannot be broken - everything is possible, even “the strongest glass in the world” - there will be a person capable of this, but when compared with previous generations of the company’s glass smartphones, this is serious progress. The matte panel turned out to be very pleasant to the touch, but it was much easier to drop the smartphone: fingers would stick to the glossy glass, but this does not happen here.
Ever since the Apple presentation I fell in love with himnoble green color Midnight Green. If you are tired of classic black, this is your choice. He is absolutely not flashy, calm and suitable for everyone. At certain times of the day, it will not differ from a black iPhone, and under the bright rays of the sun it will show its beautiful shade, unlike any other smartphone. I constantly put off the idea of looking at the next stories on Instagram, so as not to accidentally drain the battery in the evening, and then I realized: I come home in the evening and I still have 30-35% charge. Is this really an iPhone?
Those who use older versions of iPhone(sevens or eights) will understand me: you were constantly afraid of being left without the ability to recharge your phone, you constantly carried the charging cable with you, constantly put off the opportunity to take another photo and bought three powers. But the lack of 3D Touch will be noticed by many: there is no more technology for recognizing the force of pressing. True, it was replaced by Haptic Touch, that is, just a long hold and it is enough for most scenarios where 3D Touch was used. And the rejection of the technology is quite logical: now not only on flagship smartphones there is an opportunity to call the context menu or open a preview of the link, but also on the iPhone SE and many iPads that have received such an opportunity with the upgrade to iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, respectively.
iPhone 11 Pro features an OLED display withresolution of 458 pixels per inch (ppi) and brightness levels up to 1200 nits. If these numbers don’t tell you much, then I’ll say it simply: the screen has become brighter and more saturated. The device is pleasant to use, there are no distortions, and the phone also perfectly reproduces colors in sunny weather, which is very pleasing.
Cameras
Cameras.There are now three of them, and I have something to tell you about. During the day, the smartphone takes photos plus or minus the same as the iPhone XS; the telephoto lens has not changed either. The ultra-wide lens is top, without exaggeration. Yes, in low light conditions it is unlikely that you will be able to get a high-quality photo with it, but during the day, when everything is fine with the light, you will enjoy it. It's simple here: a telephoto lens is just a zoom, but you can get it with digital zoom, and an ultra-wide lens is a new opportunity for creativity that can't be achieved with processing or filters. The portrait remains as cool as it was, as do most of the other features, but the improvements are noticeable from the first photo.
There are two more features, softwarefeatures, but only available to owners of the new iPhone - night mode and Deep Fusion. The first allows you to get high-quality photos at night, but it only works with the main camera and sometimes the result may disappoint you, but every day the smartphone learns to shoot better. The pictures in the evening really turn out to be quite good, but I don’t like this mode: a normal photo is obtained from a night photo - no need to do this. I want to see just a detailed, not noisy photo in the night to convey the moment. If I want to take a network photo at night, I just turn on the flash. Yes, not the best comparison, and the result will be very different, but the essence is clear.
As for Deep Fusion - this is anothera software feature that uses artificial intelligence to process photos. It works like this: the iPhone simultaneously takes four photos at a short shutter speed, four photos at a normal shutter speed, and one photo at a long shutter speed. After this, the best images are selected, where there are no problems with metallization and combined into one, and the sequence may be different. The final photo is processed: noise is suppressed, light and color are improved, as is the amount of detail. It is very difficult to notice changes, especially if you look at photos on a smartphone, but if you decide to zoom in on the photo, it’s clear where the processing has turned on. No, they don’t look bad, on the contrary: on the crop you will notice the difference and now zooming in on photos is not so dangerous. The function turns on automatically, so you won’t be able to control the process, but that’s for the better.
Of all the advantages I want to mention one, but as for me,An important flaw of the “bugs” is the glass of the camera. How much it has a glossy finish, leaves a lot of prints, the iPhone 11 has frosted glass and there are no such problems, this is the first. Secondly, a lot of dust accumulates between the three cameras, and removing this dust is such a difficult task. I hope in the next generation the cameras will not protrude from the case. Let the block speak, everyone is used to it, but the cameras, please return to the iPhone XS. By the way, because of the massive block of cameras, the logo was also enlarged by moving it to the center so that everything was in harmony.
Performance
The processor in the new product was updated, but the numbers arefibers, and they do not reflect the real state of affairs. Let's briefly: the smartphone works great, everything is fast and you won’t have to wait, any games, programs, video processing occurs at maximum speeds. Choose not the most minimal version with 64 GB of memory, if you plan to shoot a lot of videos and play - this is not enough in 2020, but 256 GB will be enough for almost everyone.
iOS 13 has become faster, but it still has bugsplenty. Therefore, do not be sad if strange things happen on your latest iPhone - these are system problems and they are being fixed, albeit slowly. Apple admitted that iOS 13 came with a huge number of problems, so testing iOS 14 will be completely different. We only hope for the best, as they say. A dark theme for an OLED display is, of course, a victory; you don’t want to put your phone down for even a minute. Judging by the tests, it also saves a little charge. Therefore, if you want some changes in the user experience, go to the “dark side of the force”: almost all popular applications have already received support for dark mode, there are no problems with it.

Four months of daily use, and I haveno reason to blame the iPhone 11 Pro. No, seriously, we always find something to make fun of the manufacturer, but not in this case, not at all in this. Yes, there is no wide-angle camera and a capacious battery, but these are not such compelling reasons to upgrade.
If you don't have an iPhone and want one, don'tIf you plan to update every year, then the 11 Pro is a device for years that will not let you down. Still, the transition to a three-year update cycle has benefited Apple: now the smartphone can be updated every three to four years, without suffering at all with the camera or other characteristics.
